Construction Manager
Position Located in Garden City, NY Office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Construction Manager will be in charge of contracts on large, complex water and or wastewater treatment plant upgrade projects. The successful candidate will be a proven leader and highly experienced (minimum fifteen years) CM professional with an active PE, or with the ability to obtain such license quickly through reciprocity, and have experience in leading the construction management of large, complex projects involving reinforced concrete, site dewatering, pile foundations, heavy mechanical and electrical construction. In depth knowledge of all aspects of current CM practice and supporting disciplines is a requirement. Experience in scheduling and change order management is required. The candidate must have proven leadership qualities and be an excellent communicator. Experience in conflict and dispute resolution, and defense of construction claims is a plus.
Other Requirements: BS Degree Civil Engineering or related field; listed as CCM in Certified Construction Manager Registry is a plus; Professional Engineering License (PE) in New York; 15+ years of experience managing construction projects, including large, complex wastewater/water treatment plant projects in excess of $20M.

Electrical Project Engineer
Position Located in Warren, NJ Office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Design of electrical systems for pharmaceutical, commercial and industrial facilities, including building power, lighting, communications, security and control systems. Able to lead and supervise project design and development including studies, drawings, calculations, and specifications. Respond to client questions and comments, review contractor submittals, and provide clarifications during construction. Adhere to accepted industry and company standards. Plan, schedule, coordinate, and direct electrical engineering projects. Communicate with other disciplines to ensure project documents are properly coordinated. Must be fluent in AutoCAD 2008+ and have working knowledge of SKM Power Tools software.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate shall have 3+ years of experience with a consulting engineering firm designing building plumbing and fire protection systems. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 15-20 years of experience in the utility industry working with power plants, CHP and renewables. Significant experience in working with the BPU and the energy commodity markets. Senior Environmental Permitting/Wetland Scientist
Position Located in Warren, NJ Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Ability to perform wetland delineations and other ecological studies. Further develop the environmental permitting and wetland delineation capabilities and business for the firm. Knowledge of regulatory programs in NJ and NY (PA is desirable). Work with clients to develop strategic approaches to satisfy permitting requirements and achieve project acceptance and approval. Be involved with wetland delineation projects encompassing soil evaluations, field data collection efforts and data validation. Prepare technical reports and permit applications. Senior Environmental Remediation Manager
Position Located in Warren, NJ Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Further develop environmental site remediation and manufactured gas plant (MGP) capabilities. Develop business for the firm encompassing private, public and federal markets. Work with clients to develop strategic approaches to satisfy remediation requirements from preliminary assessment through remediation construction. Direct and manage field data collection efforts, data validation, and data evaluation including remediation analysis and design.
