Plumbing Designer/Engineer
Position Located in Warren, NJ Office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities include plumbing design and construction phase activities for projects in the education, entertainment, real estate, pharma/biotech, infrastructure and energy sectors. The work includes: performing site investigations; systems analysis, calculations and design; development of conceptual design alternatives; development of construction documents including drawings and specifications; development and presentation of reports. Supervision of junior engineers and designers as well as effective coordination with other design disciplines is required. Candidates should have 7-10 years or more U.S. experience, a BS or BE in Engineering is preferred, Professional Engineering license a plus. Experience with commercial, hospitality, school, university and biotech/pharma projects is desired. Good computer, communication and presentation skills are required. Familiarity and experience with AutoCAD is also required. Familiarity with Revit is a plus. Experience with HVAC and/or Fire protection is also a plus.

Senior Project Manager Mechanical Engineering
Position Located in Warren, NJ Office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities include the management of multidiscipline projects. Experience in sustainable design within the hospitality, pharmaceutical and education sectors is desired. The work includes management of engineers and/or architects as required by each assignment, development of fee proposals, execute design projects and the ability to work with and present well to clients. Projects will range from performing investigations and developing reports, to the design and construction administration of capital projects up to $50 million in value. Candidate should have several years of design experience combined with a minimum of 10 years of U.S. experience in project management in consulting engineering. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to show a level of entrepreneurial spirit toward fostering and expanding relationships with clients. A BS or BE degree in Mechanical Engineering is desired, Professional Engineering license preferred. Good presentation and communication skills are requirements for this position. Good computer skills and familiarity with AutoCAD are a plus.

Survey Technician
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities include the management of multidiscipline projects. Minimum 5 years professional survey experience needed for project scheduling, working with support staff and client interaction. Must be skilled in boundary, topographic, and construction surveys and able to produce survey drawings from design information provided by engineers and field surveyors. Must know one or more CADD platforms. Ability to occasionally work with field crew desirable.
