Civil Staff Engineer
Position Located in Yonkers, NY Office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Civil Engineering required. EIT preferred. Engineer with 5 - 7 years experience in Land Use and Site Design preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD and Soft Desk Civil software. Responsibilities include being the staff engineer responsible for site plan preparation including grading, utility distribution systems, potable water system design, sanitary sewer design, storm water management system design and associated calculations (utilizing current BMPs), erosion & sediment control plans, preparation of construction specifications, and technical report writing.

Environmental Compliance/Planner Manager
Position Located in Westbury or Yonkers Office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The company is seeking an environmental professional with 8+ years experience to work with a team of professionals in the preparation of applications for environmental and land use permits/approvals and compliance projects. Applicant should be familiar with the CEQR, SEQRA, New York Department of Environmental Conservation (NYDEC) and NYC Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) rules and regulations. Candidate must possess a significant background in environmental permitting knowledge, an understanding of the remediation of hazardous and contaminated water and soils, strong leadership ability as well as interpersonal and communicative skills. Position can be based in either our Yonkers, NY or Westbury, NY office and will oversee projects on Long Island, NYC, and Lower Hudson region. Excellent communication and project management skills are a requirement. Possessing an existing client base is a plus.
The successful candidate for this position will: lead the environmental services group for these offices; attend professional events representing firm for environmental services; manage large-scale projects; train and develop junior staff, provide technical review; develop new business in conjunction with Environmental Principal; perform multimedia compliance studies, audits and remedial projects; prepare environmental permit applications and submittals; author and present reports and proposals; and liaise with subcontractors, regulators and clients.

Senior Energy Systems Engineer/Project Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience in the analysis, design, commissioning and start-up of energy generation systems (boilers, chillers, cogeneration, etc.). Actual operations experience is a plus. Good communications skills and the ability to work directly with clients is essential. Education requirements: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering preferred.
