THE OPPORTUNITY
Utilities have received approval from their respective State agencies allowing for the accelerated design and replacement of aging infrastructure.
To maximize the utilization of approved, targeted funding for the replacement of aging infrastructure from the various regulatory agencies, the utility requires the on-staff presence of knowledgeable gas engineering personnel.
THE CHALLENGE
Utility clients need to accelerate the delivery of “shovel ready” projects to comply with various state-sponsored infrastructure replacement programs. Often sufficient staffing is not available in-house to meet the programs delivery deadlines.

Candidates were identified and vetted independently of the client’s review, which streamlined the final interview process and the ultimate assimilation into the client’s operations.
