PS&S' redevelopment and brownfields experience was instrumental in transforming the former Atlantic City municipal landfill into what is now the Atlantic City gaming market's defining site; Renaissance Pointe, home of the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, Harrah's Atlantic City and another future world class hotel casino. Our experience in the entertainment market goes well beyond the gaming industry.
