PS&S provides integrated design and permitting services for a vast array of prominent projects in the hospitality and entertainment market. Our experience in the gaming market place, since the 1970s, reflects our full-service design, engineering, planning and permitting expertise in such landmarks as Harrah's Atlantic City, Trump Taj Mahal and Bally's Park Place. PS&S' redevelopment and brownfields experience was instrumental in transforming the former Atlantic City municipal landfill into what is now the Atlantic City gaming market's defining site; Renaissance Pointe, home of the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, Harrah's Atlantic City and another future world class hotel casino. Our experience in the entertainment market goes well beyond the gaming industry. Other brownfields sites converted to entertainment uses in the PS&S portfolio include the Tweeter Center in Camden (a world-class amphitheater on the Delaware waterfront), Trenton Thunder Baseball Stadium (a fan-friendly minor league baseball stadium designed within a waterfront park), Red Bull Stadium, a professional soccer stadium in Harrison, and the Lincoln Park West Golf Course in Jersey City, which is converting an abandoned landfill to productive recreational use.
