James F. McGoldrick, PE
Jim has 27 years of experience in the field of wastewater engineering. He has extensive experience in the planning, permitting, design and construction administration of both small and large scale sanitary sewer infrastructure projects, with specific expertise including rehabilitation/repair/replacement (R3), combined sewer overflow (CSO) systems, and infiltration/inflow (I/I) studies and remediation methods. Jim is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is PACP (Pipeline Assessment Certification Program) and MACP (Manhole Assessment Certification Program) certified. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He joined PS&S in 2013.
