Atlantic City Hilton:

Atlantic City Hilton Hotel

Atlantic City, New Jersey

Paulus, Sokolowski and Sartor (PS&S) provided environmental permitting, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering as well as air permitting services for the new equipment for the $50 million expansion of the Atlantic City Hilton (formerly Bally’s Grand).

Structural engineering services included the design of a new 20-floor hotel tower, its associated foundation system, and the necessary modifications to the existing building. The tower was added as a “T” intersection at the original elevator core serving the existing hotel tower.

Electrical engineering services involved power distribution and included electrical service upgrades for the existing hotel and branch circuit design for lighting and receptacles.

PS&S also provided a conduit distribution system for telephone and security and a complete fire alarm system design.
