International AIDS Vaccine Initiative
Paulus, Sokolowski and Sartor (PS&S) provided conceptual engineering and architectural* services for site selection and an order of magnitude estimate for a series of AIDS Vaccine Manufacturing Facilities. This "First Pass" study was used to review facility size, design and location for a number of production options.

- Sized several production facility options for a wide range of production levels to meet immunization goals.
- Analyzed 16 sites for building costs, operational costs and site location factors.
- Prepared conceptual layouts and renderings for the various plant options.
- Prepared conceptual estimates for the various plant options.
- Prepared conceptual schedules that included clinical development, program and plant design, construction and validation.
