This pharmaceutical client, with a focus on energy-efficient buildings and an environmentally friendly workplace, is seeking Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for a new three-building complex.
Paulus, Sokolowski and Sartor (PS&S) is providing the leadership necessary to obtain the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)-LEED fundamental commissioning prerequisite and obtain the Energy and Atmosphere - Additional Commissioning Credit #3. As a result of our commissioning specifications and our ability to work with the contractors up front, PS&S is able to provide a cost-effective fee to perform this commissioning effort and ensure that the systems are operating in accordance with the design documents.
