Mixed-use Development

Paulus, Sokolowski and Sartor (PS&S) provided architectural design*, structural and MEP engineering services for a new high-rise mixed-use development project consisting of residential, retail, and office spaces. The project occupies most of a city block as part of the urban revival development of downtown Trenton.

The total development consists of three mid-rise to high-rise towers with a “green” roof and an underground garage. The project will include a total of 125,000 sf of office space and 270 apartment units, with a total of approximately 325,000 sf in the mid-rise and high-rise towers. The base of the building will contain approximately 42,000 sf of retail and commercial spaces, including a restaurant. There is also a partially underground parking garage for 295 cars. The project includes Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) design features including a 20,000 sf “green” roof.
