Paulus, Sokolowski & Sartor (PS&S) Civil Engineering and Survey Departments provide a wide array of services for many types of clients. The depth of our experience ranges from small subdivisions to large tracts of land encompassing hundreds of acres for thousands of dwelling units, from small commercial sites to regional shopping malls, from single office buildings to corporate office parks, as well as golf courses, racetracks, and casinos. We begin by performing zoning analyses, studying contraints, and creating massing and circulation plans to help our clients envision their projects. We follow with a coordinated effort to engineer the project infrastructure, including stormwater management, and to seek regulatory approvals. We also offer construction phase services.
