From the initial introduction of the bill through the recent implementation, PS&S has been actively involved in shaping the discussion and educating the regulated community on the new LSRP legislation. The Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) together with the Administrative Requirements for Remediation of Contaminated Sites (ARRCS) establishes the LSRP program which significantly changes the way environmental remediation in New Jersey is conducted and creates an affirmative obligation to remediate known contamination. PS&S’ LSRPs are well versed in the new regulations and can assist you as you move forward on any of your remediation efforts.
