Mr. Montana has over 25 years of experience related to multi-disciplinary infrastructure, residential, commercial and retail development projects. Mr. Montana is responsible for preparing engineering design and construction documents from initial inception through construction and is also responsible for acquiring regulatory agency approvals. He has extensive experience with due diligence, land grading, and drainage design and application and permit preparation. Mr. Montana is responsible for preparation of design calculations, plans and specifications as well as coordination with regulatory agencies. He has experience with AutoCad Civil 3D, Bentley Design Software, and other engineering programs as well as application and permit preparation.
Mr. Montana is a Professional Engineer (PE) in New Jersey and a LEED Accredited Professional (AP). He achieved a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the City College of New York. Mr. Montana is affiliated with the American Society of Civil Engineers, ASCE.
