Mr. Fox is a lead engineer with 22 years of successfully leading and managing projects from concept to design through construction. He is an experienced engineer and manager for several site, utility, and highway designs while overseeing grading, drainage, pavement, site structural work, permitting for site development, pavement design, geometry, and utility coordination for highway rehabilitation.
Mr. Fox is knowledgeable in project management, budgeting, change orders, and scheduling and is also very skilled with software including AutoCAD, MicroStation, and MS Office. He is very knowledgeable in drainage analysis, design and green bio-swale design criteria.
Mr. Fox is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York and New Jersey, and a LEED Accredited Professional in Neighborhood Development. He achieved his a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology, and further acquired a Master’s of Urban Planning in Urban Design from the City College, City University of New York.
