Andrew Roach
Lead Construction Manager, Community Association
Mr. Roach is a Project Manager/Construction Inspector in the Community Association department with over 30 years of experience in construction, construction management, facilities management, and engineering services. His background includes coordination, supervision, inspection, forensic investigation, report writing, scheduling and budgeting for residential, educational, resort/hospitality, healthcare and commercial construction.
Mr. Roach is a certified Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1 from the American Concrete Institute (ACI). He is also OSHA-certified and a certified Pool Operator. Mr. Roach completed coursework at Delaware County Community College. He joined PS&S in 2019 when DW Smith Associates was purchased.
