Bilal Kharrubi
Project Designer, Site Civil Engineering & Landscape Architecture
Mr. Kharrubi joined the Site-Civil department of PS&S in May 2023. He has been a part of a variety of projects since; including the site design of commercial and residential projects. Within his time at PS&S, Mr. Kharrubi has learned to efficiently prepare and draft site plans, prepare construction cost estimates, coordinate with contractors, utility companies, and state agencies. He is familiar with the following software’s: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Office.
Mr. Kharrubi achieved a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
