Ms. Israel is a Project Manager with over 20 years of professional experience in environmental review, management and consulting services in the North and Southeast regions of the United States as well as Latin America. Ms. Israel’s expertise includes scope development and project management of remediation projects at different lifecycle stages.
Ms. Israel is a geographic information system engineer (GIS). She acquired a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the America University in Bogota, Colombia. She is affiliated with the NYC Brownfield Partnership.
