Christopher Kaminskas, EIT
Senior Project Designer, Site Civil Engineering
Mr. Kaminskas is an accomplished Sr. Project Designer with over 4 years of experience specializing in site development, stormwater management design, and permitting at the local and state level. Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis, and HydroCAD, and known for successfully delivering a wide scope of projects that meet budget, schedule, and technical requirements. Prior to joining PS&S in February 2026, he was a designer at Marathon Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc where his role included assisting in the development and permitting of primarily commercial and industrial use sites.
Mr. Kaminskas achieved a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Rowan University. He is associated with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
