Mr. Patterson has 28 years of professional experience in civil engineering and environmental science, including four years of experience in civil design, stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control design for site development projects; two years of experience in stream and wetland restoration planning and design; and 16 years of experience in field investigations, mapping, and permitting associated with soil, water, and wetland resources throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Current responsibilities include managing and completing key environmental tasks including wetlands delineations, soil and hydrologic investigations, and land use permit applications.
Mr. Patterson achieved a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Christopher Newport University.
