Darlene Silva

Senior Project Scientist, Environmental Services

Ms. Silva has 20+ years of experience working in the field of environmental land use regulatory compliance. Her experience includes projects subject to the NJDEP Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act, Flood Hazard Area Control Act and Coastal Zone Management Rules as well as those projects subject to New Jersey Pinelands Commission jurisdiction. Ms. Silva’s responsibilities include performance of environmental feasibility analyses, wetlands delineations and preparation of NJDEP and US Army Corps of Engineers land use permit applications.

Ms. Silva maintains 40-HR OSHA HAZWOPER certification. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Ecology and Environmental Technology from Paul Smith’s College. Ms. Silva further earned a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences and Mathematics from Thomas Edison State College. Ms. Silva joined PS&S in 2014.
