David Phillips

Mr. Phillips is a highly organized and seasoned construction professional with 27 years of experience who understands the importance of working in a collaborative atmosphere. Having trained and worked as an architectural designer for more than 20 years, he has the skills necessary to organize, run, and complete complex projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. As a construction manager for the past few years, Mr. Phillips has built on that experience, which allowed him to effectively manage the construction process. His deep understanding of construction ensures that all projects are buildable, coordinated, code compliant and meet sustainable design criteria. Mr. Phillips ensures that all critical dates and durations associated with a project are identified and maintained. He is proficient in AutoCad, BlueBeam, and Procore.
Mr. Phillips acquired a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology. He is OSHA-certified. Mr. Phillips joined PS&S in 2022.
