David Repsher, GIS
Project Scientist, Environmental
Mr. Repsher is a Project Scientist within the Environmental Department at PS&S. In this role, he is responsible for the on-site supervision of subcontractors and direct contact with remedial investigations. Mr. Repsher has had experience preparing groundwater monitoring reports, Remedial Investigation Reports, Biennial Certification forms, Remedial Action Permits Initial/Modification, Deed Notice Termination and New Deed Notices.
Mr. Repsher is an Project Scientist that obtained a GIS Certificate, and has both an OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification, and an NJ Underground Storage Tank (UST) Program certification. He achieved a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Eastern Kentucky University.
