Davis O'Neill
Project Designer, Site Civil Engineering
Mr. O’Neill oined the Site-Civil department of PS&S in March 2024. He has been a part of a variety of projects since and has become experienced in preparing draft site plans, coordinating with contractors and state agencies, as well as observing field operations and construction. Through work and school he has become proficient in the following software: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, ArcGIS Pro, Microsoft Office, HydroCAD, Hydraflow, and StormCAD.
Mr. O’Neill received his Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environment Engineering from Virginia Tech.
