THE OPPORTUNITY

Several of PS&S’ customers involve our Cultural Resource Management Department in their project planning long before they commit to a particular direction. The Team offers diligence services that are customized to specific client goals and project sensitivities.

THE CHALLENGE

Real Estate: Several state permits and some municipal processes require developers to investigate potential effects upon archaeological sites and historic buildings. PS&S’ CRM Team provides critical evaluations of the likelihood that such studies will be required, advice about how to avoid lengthy and redundant review processes, and the most effective and efficient path forward.

Utilities: Several state and all federal permits, as well as public financing sources, require consideration of cultural resource effects. Our CRM Team assisted clients in making sound decisions by performing routing and alternatives analyses and research concerning potentially affected resources during project planning. Our utility clients have learned that a proactive approach to cultural resources saves them time and money in the final analysis.

Historic Preservation: Non-profits, public, and private entities who own historic properties sometimes need to explore funding options, incentive programs, protective and mitigative measures. PS&S TeamTeam helps such clients make feasible, responsible, and beneficial decisions.

THE PS&S SOLUTION

By listening carefully to our client’s needs, becoming part of our clients’ teams, and by working transparently, PS&S’ CRM Team has won the confidence and repeat business of clients in all of PS&S’ market sectors. Diligence services, in particular, requires careful tailoring to meet the specific needs of the individual project and client. Our goal is to help you navigate through and around the specific issues that may be relevant to your project.
