Helena Dimitrov
Senior Operations Analyst, Operations
Ms. Dimitrov has over 30 years’ professional experience and originally joined PS&S in 1997 in the IT department as an information specialist. She has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, moving from Information Technology to Project Controls to Senior Business Analyst for the firm. Because of her diverse and technical background, she has worked closely with all levels of management from multiple departments, created ad hoc reports for external and internal clients, and trained personnel as needed. Ms. Dimitrov’s contributions to the firm have provided cost saving procedures and have eliminated workflow inefficiencies at PS&S. In her new role as Senior Operations Analyst, these contributions have been offered to our external clients.
Ms. Dimitrov achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers College and minored in Mathematics.
