Eva Stumpf

Project Scientist, Licensing & Permitting

Ms. Stumpf joined PS&S in June 2025. She is a Project Scientist in the Environmental and Energy Division. She currently assists with the development and submission of various permit applications across local, state, and federal levels. She has knowledge in preparing construction and zoning permit applications for various types of electrical utility installations in addition to Soil Conservation District certification applications, and NJDEP environmental permit applications. She has previous knowledge and experience in performing site investigations, providing technical reports, and DEP filings for federal and state regulations regarding environmental health and safety.

Ms. Stumpf achieved her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies-Environmental Policy from Seton Hall University. She is OSHA 30 Hour Construction, OSHA 7.5 Hour Disaster Worker, and PFC 102- Blueprint Reading for Commercial Construction certified.
