Miles Technologies
Miles Technologies supports our Infrastructure (Networks, Servers) and the security of our environment (called Tier 2 support). You should contact them first when:
- The office loses connectivity
- You have a concern about the security of your computer
- You need recovery of deleted files or need a previous version of a file
- You need Tier 1 (Laptop hardware and peripherals) support for Wall office users
- You have VPN Connection Issues (Please Note: If you have issues with connectivity from home – re-boot your home router before contacting anyone)
NOTE: WVD users – please note that you do not have to be connected to the VPN to use your WVD. The VPN connection gives you access to the production drives and BST on your local machine.

Miles should respond with 1 hour that your request has been received. If your need is an emergency and Miles, Chas, Sylvia, or John are not able to respond, then please give me a call.
