Jason Neff, PE, PACP, MACP, LACP
Project Engineer, Water Resources
Mr. Neff is a Project Manager and Design Engineer with 10 years of experience in the design and preparation of construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, permit applications, calculations and other technical aspects pertaining to gas, civil, potable water, storm water, wastewater, and combined sewer separation engineering projects from conception through construction. He is a certified professional in the rating of pipeline, manhole and lateral conditions, and performs regular field inspections of construction and demolition phases on water resources projects.
Mr. Neff is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New Jersey and has received certifications in NASSCO's Pipeline, Manhole and Lateral Assessment Certification Programs (PACP, MACP, LACP). He joined PS&S in 2013 after acquiring a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Delaware.
