Ms. Ganley brings over 25 years of architectural innovation to pioneer forward-thinking, creative design solutions for life sciences, R&D, and advanced technology facilities. Her work fuses cutting-edge BIM workflows, sustainable design strategies, and human-centered planning to deliver transformative environments that accelerate scientific discovery. As Senior Director of the Architecture Group and Co-Chair of the Life Science Market Sector, she orchestrates complex, multi-disciplinary projects from visioning and feasibility through commissioning and activation—driving technical excellence, budget discipline, and seamless client collaboration while pushing the boundaries of mission-critical design.
Ms. Ganley received her Bachelors of Architecture from Philadelphia University and Masters of Architecture from Syracuse University. She is affiliated with the US Green Building Council (USGBC), Institute of Food Technologist (IFT), Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce (WFFC), and Town Clock Community Development Corporation-Facilities Oversight. She is also a Volunteer and Crew Lead for Habitat for Humanity.
