Jessica Chiriboga
Project Designer, Site Civil Engineering
Ms. Chiriboga joined PS&S as a member of the Site Civil Engineering team in 2022. Her experience includes work on development projects in both private and public sectors. Ms. Chiriboga has experience in engineering design, regulatory permitting including NJDEP, County DOT, RSIS, and Municipal rules and regulations, site design, grading stormwater, traffic control, due diligence, conceptual design geometry, and erosion/sediment control. She also has experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HY-8, Hydraflow, HEC-RAS, and preparing/computing technical reports.
Ms. Chiriboga is a licensed License Name (License Abbreviation) in State and a certified Certification Name (Certificate Abbreviation) from the Organization Name. She achieved a Bachelor of Science from Civil Engineering from Syracuse University in 2022.
