Joseph Mostler
Project Scientist, Remediation
Mr. Mostler is a Project Scientist for PS&S at their Cherry Hill office, operating within their Environmental Services department. At PS&S, his responsibilities include conducting field work consisting of perimeter air monitoring, groundwater sampling, soil sampling, phase 1 assessments, and preparation and submission of project reports. Prior to joining PS&S in October 2023, he was an Environmental Scientist for the Saint John’s River Water Management District where his role included surface water quality monitoring, running continuous monitoring stations, and biological assessments/monitoring through contracts with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
Mr. Mostler is OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER, OSHA 8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher, Confined Space Entry, and Community Noise Enforcement Certified. He achieved his Bachelor’s in Coastal Environmental Science from Flagler College.
