Ms. Tayar is an accomplished Civil Designer with over 7 years of experience specializing in site development, stormwater design, and flood analysis. She is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS ArcPro, HydroCAD, HECRAS, Excel, etc. and is known for successfully delivering land development, public infrastructure, and natural hazards mitigation projects that meet budget, schedule, and technical requirements. Ms. Tayar is recognized for cross-disciplinary collaboration, code compliance expertise, creative problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.
Ms. Tayar achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Rowan University.
