Joseph Fleming, executive vice president/Land Group of Paulus, Sokolowski and Sartor has been named this year's recipient of Congregation Israel of Springfield's (CIS)
Community Business Leadership Award. The award will be presented at CIS' 40th Annual Dinner to be held April 28, at the Crystal Plaza in Livingston.
