PS&S’ Jesper Ryberg, Mark Allen, Greg Ranft, and Patrick Alexander were proud to attend the Construction Topping Ceremony for our project, The Alice, in Princeton, NJ. After many of those who have participated in the project added their signatures to the last structural truss, it was lifted and fastened into place (see Photo #3).

This is a 125-unit apartment project in which PS&S provided architecture, landscape architecture, and engineering design services. We are continuing to coordinate with WinnCompanies and Sordoni Construction to provide construction administration services, with a target completion of construction being in later 2024.
