Lauren Finnegan
Project Designer, Site Civil Engineering & Landscape Architecture
Ms. Finnegan has nearly three and a half years of experience in the civil engineering field, performing various design aspects for projects in both New York and New Jersey. Design tasks include concept planning, site development, utility design, stormwater management design, and site grading. She also has various permitting, construction observation, and testing experiences. Construction observation experience in various site improvements include asphalt and concrete pavement and utility installations.
Prior to her work at PS&S, Ms. Finnegan participated in and led multiple environmental engineering research and design projects at Manhattan College in collaboration with Van Cortlandt Park Alliance and Bronx River Alliance.
Ms. Finnegan achieved a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Manhattan College. She is affiliated with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the New York Water Environment Association (NYWEA). She is Chair of PS&S Rising Professionals ERG, a member of PS&S Women’s Inspiration Network ERG, and Lead Regional Committee Member of PS&S’s Social Engagement Committee.
