Elizabeth Diker

Senior Architectural Historian, Cultural Resources

Mrs. Diker is a Senior Architectural Historian in PS&S’s Cultural Resources Department. Mrs. Diker has 10 years of experience in the documentation and evaluation of material culture and historic resources throughout the Mid-Atlantic with a focus on New York City. With a strong foundation in material conservation science, local, state, and federal regulatory compliance, project budgeting and stakeholder engagement, Mrs. Diker’s experience provides a broad understanding of complex construction projects. Having reviewed over 1,000 applications for alterations to designated historic buildings in NYC, Mrs. Diker gained significant experience in public testimony and the application of historic preservation principles and procedures.

She earned her B.A. in Art Conservation and Art History and her M.A. in Historic Preservation at The University of Delaware. Liz joined PS&S in 2025.
