Mr. Nassi has over 27 years of progressively responsible engineering experience and project management, primarily in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnical industry. Areas of expertise include engineering design of HVAC systems implementing clean room technology, BSL type lab design and pressurization control for classified spaces with critical environmental monitoring, pluming systems design, research code requirements, shop drawing review, site survey and computer aided design.

Specific engineering/project experience includes systems evaluations and feasibility studies, developing basis of design reports, laboratory design/renovations with critical environmental conditions for manufacturing plants with aseptic filling and packaging lines, as well as climate controlled warehouses.  Gino has in-depth experience with hydronic systems design. His responsibilities also include project management, strategic planning, resource allocation, and staff supervision.  Complimented with regular training and certificate courses, he keeps pace with the continual changes in the industry.

Mr. Nassi is a LEED Accredited Professional and OSHA-Certified. He is a member of ISPE and ASHRAE. Mr. Nassi acquired an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middlesex County College and additionally completed coursework in Mechanical Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
