Nicole Bryan
Senior Project Scientist, Environmental
Ms. Bryan is a Senior Project Scientist in the environmental and energy division at PS&S with a focus in environmental / land use licensing, permitting, and planning. She entered the industry in 2016.
Ms. Bryan’s project management experience includes local and regional planning studies, permitting for utilities and infrastructure, environmental appraisals, build out analysis, siting studies and more. She specializes in regulatory analysis for project planning pursuant to Federal, State, and Local policies.
Ms. Bryan achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Planning and Public Policy from Rutgers University. Ms. Bryan is affiliated with the American planning Association.
