Rick Middleton

Mr. Middleton is a project engineer in the PS&S Energy Services group. He possesses valuable engineering design skills. He is responsible for the design, drafting and preparation of the layout and creation of gas pipeline replacement projects, preparation of construction plans, specifications, cost estimation, permit applications, calculations, and other technical aspects pertaining to the progression of a natural gas engineering project from conception through construction.
Mr. Middleton achieved a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
