Lead Designer, Environmental
Ms. Esposito is a lead designer in our environmental services group. She has 10 years of Site Civil and Environmental Engineering experience related to multi-disciplinary infrastructure, utility, residential, commercial, industrial building projects, mixed use development, recreation facilities, electric substations, electric transmission lines and other large scale linear utility infrastructures.
Her engineering experience includes site evaluation and feasibility studies, site layout and grading, stormwater management, infrastructure design including public and private roadways, parking and utilities, water supply systems, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, stream encroachment and wetlands mitigation, and design of sanitary sewer collection systems.
Ms. Exposito’s additional responsibilities include the preparation of engineering design and construction documents from initial inception through construction and is also responsible for acquiring regulatory agency approvals. She has extensive experience with due diligence, land grading, drainage design and calculations, cost estimating, application and permit preparation. Ms. Exposito works alongside the contractor in any required capacity to bring the construction drawings to a completed build, as well as review construction items such as submittals and RFIs.
Ms. Exposito acquired a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She is affiliated with the American Society of Civil Engineers.
