THE OPPORTUNITY

The Seaview at Shark River Island HOA siding was dilapidated and faded in color throughout the Community, and needed replacement. PS&S led a project team in creating a new conceptual appearance for the entire Community.

THE CHALLENGE

The project’s primary challenge was working in an environment where the residents are generally home during the day due to the pandemic. While the project needed to continue, noise and disruption challenges were difficult as residents’ homes were transformed into offices and business-like settings.

THE SOLUTION

The PS&S team, FirstService Residential and Lemus Construction collectively handled all issues on a case-by-case basis to create a positive working environment for all the Residents. Recognition from residents and staff has been overwhelming. Compliments of observing a clean working environment, excellent supervision, and exceptional management were all conveyed via email and social media.
