Steve manages the design and engineering staff and ensures the successful and profitable delivery of industrial engineering projects to owners in a variety of industries. He is responsible for managing and developing project management staff and ensuring that project delivery processes are implemented and followed.
Steve has over 25 years of experience in facility design, process engineering, maintenance and project management within FDA regulated manufacturing facilities. He has demonstrated skills in program management, facility engineering, design of clean utilities, manufacturing support for biologics and pharmaceutical API operations, GMP equipment design, commissioning, and validation. His background includes successful implementation of Conceptual Plant Designs, master scheduling, P&ID Development, Process Development/ Implementation, cGMP Compliance, CIP Remediation, Single-Use Technology Implementation, Retrofits of Process Equipment, Solids Handling Systems and Preventive Maintenance Programs.
