With 11 years of experience, Ms. Guevara provides Site Civil Project Engineering services at PS&S. Her responsibilities include assisting with site development, stormwater management design, and the preparation of site plans and documentation for permitting and construction. Leveraging her seven years of prior experience in geotechnical engineering, including designing support of excavation systems, conducting geotechnical investigations, and performing construction inspections, Ms. Guevara brings a well-rounded perspective to ensure the successful integration of site civil and utility design elements into the projects.

Ms. Guevara is a Professional Engineer (PE) in New Jersey. She achieved a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
