CAMDEN COUNTY LINK TRAIL

LOCATION: CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ

CLIENT: CAMDEN COUNTY

MARKET SECTOR: PUBLIC

THE OPPORTUNITY

Upon completion, the Camden County LINK Trail will travel through 17 Camden County municipalities, from the Ben Franklin Bridge in Camden to the Pinelands National Reserve in Winslow Township. The 34-mile trail will connect Camden County’s urban core with suburban and rural communities across the county.

THE CHALLENGE

The project is divided into segments and prioritized based on multiple factors. Each segment design is in various stages of completeness as the project team works with local and County leaders to identify the optimal routing for the trail network. Agency and permitting input is also in progress and contributes to the development of the shape of the trail.

THE PS&S SOLUTION

PS&S supports our client, Camden County, throughout the execution of the permitting and design process as the owner’s representative and project manager. The PS&S approach brings versatility and flexibility to the evolving design process. While the design proceeds, segments will begin going into construction in 2024 and the LINK trail concept will begin its evolution into reality.
