SITE CIVIL ENGINEERING
Our Site Civil Engineering department provides a wide array of services for many different clients across various market sectors.
At PS&S, the depth of our experience ranges from small subdivisions to large tracts of land encompassing hundreds of acres for thousands of dwelling units, from small commercial sites to regional shopping malls, from single office buildings to corporate office parks, as well as golf courses, racetracks, and casinos.
We begin by performing zoning analyses, studying constraints, and creating massing and circulation plans to help our clients envision their projects. We follow with a coordinated effort to engineer the project infrastructure, including stormwater management, and to seek regulatory approvals. We can integrate with our in-house environmental and building services team to provide a more comprehensive approach to your land development projects. We also offer construction phase services.
