PS&S professionals are currently providing Architecture/Design services for the Rehabilitation of the Brooklyn Bridge. Work includes inspection and restoration of the masonry approach arches, towers and ramps. PS&S professionals are also providing support to the inspections of the existing structures.

Inspection

Assess and document existing general conditions within the scope of work areas and recommend structural enhancements to fortify the aging structure.

Design

Assist in the preparation of repair and restoration drawings and related specifications.

SHPO / LPC Submissions

Assessing project activities and their potential to affect cultural and archeological resources including historical research of project site. Coordination with New York State Historical Preservation Office (SHPO) and New York City Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC).

PDC Submission

Graphic and photo presentation including necessary renderings, material boards for New York City Public Design Commission (PDC) review.
