PS&S’s work for “AVE at Florham Park,” recently received a Merit Award from the New Jersey Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (NJASLA) in the Landscape Architectural Site Design category.
The “AVE at Florham Park” is a 265 unit flexible-stay rental community situated on 11 acres on the former home of Exxon’s engineering division in Florham Park, NJ. Craig Cartmell was the project lead for our Landscape Architecture team which provided schematic design through construction administration and project close out for the latest development at The Green at Florham Park, a 268-acre master-planned development.
