PS&S is excited to share that we completed the engineering and permitting for a new ultra-luxury condominium community in Asbury Park, NJ developed by Inspired by Somerset Development.
The community will include 155 single-family lifestyle condos and preserves the interior and exterior space of the famous Wonder Bar. It is a four-season development with pools, a spa, fire pits, golf simulator, a fitness center, and more. Construction is set to begin in 2024.
