PS&S has the honor of being part of the team for the Edge-on-Hudson project in Sleepy Hollow, NY, which is being developed by Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development. Builder partners at Edge-on-Hudson include Hines, DeCicco & Sons, Sun Homes, Toll Brothers and Toll Brothers Apartment Living.
This exciting project is planned for 1,177 residential units, 135,000 square feet of retail space, a boutique hotel, and a waterfront park, all set up against the banks of the Hudson River and next to a restored historic lighthouse. PS&S has been part of the project team since the beginning helping with the environmental management program.
