Jersey City Planning Board Unanimously Approves New Design to Replace Historic Casino in Lincoln Park

February 9, 2021

Another day, another incredible project in the works – thanks to our own Michael Cohen, Senior Vice President and Principal of Client Relationship Management!

We are very pleased to share that the Jersey City Planning Board unanimously approved the new design to replace the historic Casino in the Park banquet hall in Lincoln Park on Westside Avenue at a recent Planning Board meeting. Mr. Cohen is Hudson County Improvement Authority’s (HCIA) Engineer and Program Manager for this exciting project.

He dives into what the replacement will look like in a recent feature by the Hudson County View. We are looking forward to leading the completion of this project within the next 12 to 14 months.
