| Dear Friends of PS&S:
As we close out the year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on what made 2025 meaningful for PS&S. This past year was marked by progress across our projects, our communities, and our people.
We were proud to see transformative redevelopment efforts like Courthouse Square and the Union Hotel helping to reshape downtown Flemington, reinforcing the value of thoughtful planning and long-term investment. We also celebrated being recognized with multiple ACEC New York Engineering Excellence Awards, an acknowledgment of the technical rigor, collaboration, and creativity our teams bring to every assignment.
Just as important, however, is how our firm showed up beyond the work itself. From supporting critical causes to giving back locally, PS&S continued to demonstrate that community involvement is part of who we are. The stories that follow highlight how our teams came together this fall to support breast cancer awareness and to provide meaningful assistance to local food organizations during the holiday season.
As we look ahead to the new year, I am grateful for our clients, partners, and staff who make this work possible. Thank you for being part of another impactful year at PS&S. Thank you for being part of another impactful year at PS&S. |

PS&S is proud to share that we received three American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) New York Engineering Excellence Awards this year, recognizing innovation, technical excellence, and meaningful community impact.

Gold Award – Transportation: Maple and Union Avenue Streetscape Improvements (Village of Westbury, NY), recognized for enhancing safety, mobility, and the public realm.
Silver Award – Special Projects: Essex County Sheriff Armando & Mary Fontoura Community Center (Newark, NJ), celebrated for its community-focused design supporting education and wellness.
These awards reflect the dedication of our multidisciplinary teams and the trust our clients place in PS&S to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions. |
Flemington is in the midst of a remarkable transformation, and a recent article highlights the impact of the Courthouse Square and Union Hotel redevelopment on Main Street.
The project is bringing new life to the borough through a restored boutique hotel, activated public spaces, residential living, and new dining and entertainment destinations—demonstrating how historic preservation and mixed-use development can drive downtown revitalization.
At PS&S, this progress resonates with our work at Flemington Center, where we helped transform the former Liberty Village outlet mall into a walkable residential community. Seeing momentum build across both ends of town underscores the power of coordinated investment to create lasting value for Flemington and communities throughout New Jersey.

In October, our PS&S team proudly participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Point Pleasant Beach. Together, we walked to honor survivors, support fighters, and remember those we’ve lost, all while raising awareness and funds for the American Cancer Society.
We’re proud to share that this year, we raised more than last year and ranked #68 out of 520 teams!
A huge thank-you to everyone who donated, walked, and showed their support. Your energy, generosity, and spirit truly made a difference. |
PS&S came together in a big way!
Across our offices, we collected 541 donation items for local food charities. The generosity of our team is truly inspiring, and we're grateful for the opportunity to give back this holiday season.
